Dr. Salem has admitting privileges at Henry Ford West Bloomfield hospital where she does most of her deliveries and gynecological surgeries.She also has admitting privileges at Huron-Valley Sinai Hospital as well. We are located on the south-east corner of Maple Rd and Farmington Rd, in the Maple Creek Office center, only two miles east of Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital. We are in a new, warm and inviting office with modern equipment.We use an electronic health record that will allow easier access to your records by our staff, in and out of the office, and will also allow you access to certain important portions of your record, as well as the ability to request appointments and prescription refills. We are accepting new patients and are available to make appointments.
